Replacement Policy

The shop can provide return/replacement service within 30 days after the day you sign for the goods, and the corresponding freight is paid by the shop.

Detailed Description

We just provide return/replacement service once for an order; please consider thoroughly protecting your rights and interests.
Ensure that the hang tags and packages are complete during return or replacement.
No return or replacement for the damage caused by personal reasons (such as voluntary dimension modification, washing, oiling, embroidery and long-term wearing)
Please send us the goods by ordinary express when return or replacement occurs. Our company applies the freight caused by the first return or replacement for reimbursement according to actual amount of the waybill (maximally RMB 15). Please pay the freight in advance because we don’t support the freight collection temporarily. If the reimbursement voucher is lost, we apply for reimbursement according to the standard of RMB 15. We will freely distribute the replaced goods, the reimbursed freight will be deposited in your virtual account, and you can enter “My Vancl” for inquiry.
The goods in gift bag or suit cannot be returned partially because they cannot enjoy the preference after return of goods.
The specified special goods (such as socks, cosmetics and makeup tools) cannot be tried on or replaced or returned without quality problems. 
Please send the invoice with the goods while returning if you require invoice during the purchase, we cannot handle the return of goods if the invoice is lost.
